Imaging Tech Rep

Imaging tech reps at American Fidelity prepare, scan and index documents using OnBase; provide timely payment of claims by identifying, troubleshooting and processing OnBase workflows; and support other imaging Colleagues in resolving software and equipment issues. They also support our Customer service departments by entering changes, additions and comments from billing statements into the online billing system. These tasks help ensure Customers are paid correctly and in a timely manner.

Candidates need three to five years of experience, with one to three years of experience on records or centralized filing operations. This position will both work with teams and individually and will need to work with both speed and accuracy. Good Customer service skills and willingness to follow instructions and processes are also necessary.

Database Developer

The database developer will create database solutions for online transaction processing and online analytical processing. If you know what DDL, DML, SQL, ETL, C# and API means, this may be the position for you!

Other than understanding the above acronyms, you’ll also need a bachelor’s degree in computer science and three to five years of experience in relational and/or multi-dimensional database development. Candidates will also need strong communications, analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking and team-work skills.
