Dress for Your Day
This summer, we’re having some fun with our dress code. Colleagues get to “dress for their day” all summer long!
Dress for Your Day empowers Colleagues to consider their schedule for the day and dress accordingly – whether that means jeans on Tuesday when they don’t have any meetings or professional attire on Friday to interview a potential team member.
Here’s our new Dress for Your Day guidelines:
- Casual Attire: If theirday does not involve face-to-face interactions with Customers, vendors or formal business interactions, casual attire may be worn. Plus, AFA-sponsored T-shirts are allowed on Great Place to Work Wednesdays and charity T-shirt days.
- Business Professional/Casual: If theirday includes face-to-face interactions with Customers, vendors or formal business meetings, presentations, etc., it is recommended that they portray American Fidelity’s professional business environment by wearing professional business clothing or business casual clothing.
- Charity T-shirts Days: We will have charity T-Shirt days for the summer. Colleagues who donated to the charity jeans days in 2013,may wear a cotton T-shirt that is AFA-sponsored or business appropriate on charity T-Shirt day. We will also have a charity T-shirt Colleagues can wear on these days through the year.
