American Fidelity’s internal audit department is hiring an audit manager. This position will work with the director of internal audit in managing the internal audit team, completing audit projects, drafting reports and creating audit plans.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing, management or insurance and 10 years of job-specific experience. They should be a Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Public Accountant or be in the process of obtaining certification. We’re looking for someone with knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory/criminal law related to the insurance industry who also has strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
We are hiring multiple claims analysts to serve our Customers. Candidates should have one to two years of financial, medical or insurance claims processing experience and be familiar with anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.
Claims analysts provide Customer service by addressing inquiries and investigating claims-related issues. They work with production adjusters to ensure claim accuracy and compliance. Candidates must be willing to work between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. and may work five regular eight-hour days, four 10-hour work days or other flexible schedules.
