The Corporate Communications area is responsible for handling internal communications with our Colleagues, such as benefits enrollment, new software systems, learning opportunities and organizational news. They also help coordinate crisis communications and community relations, including AFA’s recent tornado relief efforts.

The team also handles Colleagues relations by providing tickets and discounts to Colleagues planning fun events and developing perks such as onsite massages, car washes and farmers’ markets.
