We’ve talked a lot about how our Company places an emphasis on ensuring that our Colleagues have the skills they need to serve our Customers and grow in their careers. That assertion is not just lip-service; in addition to the hundreds of classes offered on-site each year by our nationally recognized training department, American Fidelity also has reimbursed Colleagues for more than $1 million in tuition costs since the program began in 2004. Nearly 200 Colleagues already have benefited from the program, and many more are enrolled in classes now and will continue to receive reimbursements to help them improve their skills and earn their degrees. Our Colleagues say they may have never finished their degrees without the program, or it would have taken so much longer. Here are some comments from them.
