Twice a year, all of our Colleagues are invited to attend live town hall meetings with our senior leadership. The meetings, called Colleague Connection, provide a great opportunity for us to learn more about what’s going on throughout our Company. Four identical sessions are offered so more than 600 Colleagues have the chance to hear first-hand from our leaders. The meetings provide updates on Company performance as well as other current topics. Earlier this week, I had the opportunity to attend a Colleague Connection meeting. Not only did I learn more about how American Fidelity is performing, I heard from project leaders about six of the biggest ongoing projects in our Company. These projects are going to impact all of us, and it was really great to hear how our Company will grow as a result. In addition, American Fidelity’s president and owner, Bill Cameron, told us how our sister companies are doing and talked about efforts to integrate the different products and services offered by all the affiliates. At the end of each meeting, Colleagues are invited to ask questions not only about the meeting content but also about anything going on within American Fidelity. We hear the answers directly from our senior leadership. I know it takes a lot of time for our leaders to conduct these meetings, and I really appreciate the commitment our leaders have to ensuring all Colleagues understand the direction American Fidelity is heading. The face-to-face interaction is just one great way we have to hear directly from our executive team and also get our questions answered. This is just one of the ways that Colleagues receive valuable information about our Company. What are some of the ways you hear from the leadership of your company?
