This position will lead our training efforts for our annuities product line. He or she will create curriculum, develop sales and sales management training programs and mentor other sales trainers. This position will also serve as the lead project manager on projects requiring advanced sales training knowledge. Since this position trains our field sales team, travel will be required 40-70 percent of the time. Ideal candidates need Series 6 and 63 licenses, five years of corporate experience and three years of experience in training, insurance sales or a related field. Skills needed include: communications, organizational, presentation, sales and time management. Software Developer – C# and .net. Experienced in C# and .net? We’re looking for you to join AFA’s software development team! We’re adding several software development positions to develop, test and implement programs and applications. Depending on your prior experience, you may perform design and analysis, take the lead on software projects, research innovative solutions, lead and mentor co-workers, perform technical configuration and more. Candidates need strong experience with C# and .net along with three or more years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, math, engineering, physics or a related area of study. They need to be familiar with a variety of software requirements, development tools and programming languages.
