American Fidelity’s marketing team seeks a marketing specialist with five to seven years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline. This position will conceptualize and produce print and electronic marketing collateral such as brochures, web pages, ads, emails, flyers and presentations. Candidates need both copywriting and design skills from work experience or education.
In addition, this position will manage projects, develop new marketing tactics and assist with branding. Candidates should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Dreamweaver and preferably have experience with HTML emails, web content management and Wordpress.
The HR representative will join American Fidelity’s Corporate and Human Resource team and provide expertise on HR policies, procedures, programs and benefits. They will respond to basic questions regarding our HRIS system (UltiPro), assist with special projects and manage Colleague records.
Candidates should have three to five years of office experience with one to three years of HR experience. They should have Customer service skills, maintain composure in difficult situations and treat others with empathy and diplomacy.
