Technical infrastructure analyst
The technical infrastructure analyst assists in selecting, implementing and supporting technical computing, end-user computing, storage, network, collaboration and voice communications environments. The position will install new software and patches, perform system upgrades, resolve software-related problems and assist with disaster recovery.
Candidates should be familiar with SharePoint, OnBase and Workflow; multi-site, multi-domain enterprise-class Cisco networks; messaging systems such as Microsoft Exchange, IronMail and Microsoft Lync; Agile/Scum project management; and network security principles such as DMZ data flows. Customer service representatives
American Fidelity’s Customer service representatives help Customers by handling inquiries, processing bills and payments, maintaining account records, issuing contracts and balancing accounts. These activities ensure Customers’ accounts are managed properly and their needs are met in a timely manner. Customer service representatives may also audit documents and research requests.
Candidates need excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills and should be proficient in computer and 10-key skills and PC Windows-based software.
