Production Support Team Leader The production support team leader will manage ongoing production processing relating to configuration management, incidents, service continuity, security and change risk assessment. This position will collaborate with application, technical, network operations and business unit team members. He or she will manage the change calendar, chair weekly change review meetings, manage related activities and ensure policies are followed relating to change management. Ideal candidates will have seven years of information systems experience, with three of those years relating to change management responsibilities. ITIL 2011 Foundation, ITIL Service Transition and Cobit Foundational Certification required. Candidates need excellent project management, communication, analytical and negotiating skills. Strong experience with COBIT, ITIL, networking, computer application interfacing, software support, coding and configuration needed. Technical Infrastructure Analyst The technical infrastructure analysts will collaborate with IT and business unit team members to implement technical computing, end-user computing, storage, network, collaboration and voice communication systems. They will install new software and system upgrades, resolve software-related problems, perform system administration activities and troubleshoot technical infrastructure systems. Candidates need experience with SharePoint, OnBase, Workflow, Windows Server, Linux, IMB Z/OS, multi-domain Cisco networks, Microsoft Exchange, IronMail and Microsoft Lync. Skills needed include: communications, consultative, administrative and organizational.
