HR Project Coordinator Do you have HR experience and enjoy managing projects? Check out AFA’s human resources project coordinator opening! This position will work with Customers to identify their needs for new employee benefit services and will then develop and implement these benefit solutions. The Colleague selected for this position will use their HR expertise to create innovative offerings for Customers. Candidates need three or more years of experience in employee benefits and a bachelor’s degree. Skills needed include project management, organization, time management, self-direction and collaboration. Customer Service Adjuster If you enjoy analyzing issues and solving problems while helping others, American Fidelity’s Customer service adjuster position may be the job for you! Our adjusters investigate claim-related issues and provide Customer service to both internal and external Customers. They also evaluate claim errors and initiate corrections as well as process claims while applying Company policy terms, insurance law, coverage record and adjusting guidelines in a consistent manner. Candidates need one to three years of experience, a basic understand of medical terminology and physiology, dedication to Customer service and the flexibility to work between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. This position also requires communications, analytical, interpersonal, organizational and decision-making skills. Knowledge of insurance claim processing and regulations preferred.
