They design, deliver and monitor sales and sales management training programs to help field Colleagues reach divisional goals; coach sales Colleagues; and manage training and divisional initiatives. Field training specialists travel between 10-70 percent of the time. Candidates need three to five years of experience and a bachelor’s degree. They need a strong understanding of AFA products such as supplemental insurance and should have Series 6 and 63 licenses. Skills needed include organizational, presentation, sales, Microsoft Office, teamwork and time management. Field Compensation Liaison Analyst If you want a position that uses your analytical and facilitation skills, plus your experience in field compensation and process improvement, AFA’s field compensation liaison analyst might be for you! This position will administer our field compensation plan and review contracts with brokers, associations, marketers and venture partners. The analyst will review field compensation guidelines, reporting practices and sales philosophies while working with HR to analyze plans, model changes and consider improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and preferably experience in field compensation, contract review and process improvement. Lean training is preferred, along with analytical, facilitation and Excel skills.
