Customer Service Representatives AFA’s Customer service representatives spend their days helping others and solving problems. Technical Testing Automation Manager AFA’s technical testing automation manager will lead a team responsible for software test automation, collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for test automation and work with technical and business team members to coordinate software development projects using test management systems. Candidates need 10 or more years of experience and a strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, the software development life cycle, automated testing tools, risk analysis techniques, programming languages and database principles. Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation, presentation, facilitation and collaboration skills needed. FLMI and CSTP or CTM certifications required; CTAL certification recommended.
