Support Center Team Leader
We are currently looking for two support center team leaders. These positions will lead the tech support team, monitor trends and implement solutions. They will help research and resolve the most difficult and complex issues that other team members have been unable to solve.
Candidates should have strong Customer service and problem-solving skills in addition to technical skills.
They must have experience with:
- ITIL 2011 Foundation
- HDI Support Center Team Lead (HDI-SCTL)
- Knowledge Management Foundations: KCS Principles
- MCSA: Windows 7
Sr. Compensation Specialist
The senior compensation specialist will assist with designing and implementing American Fidelity’s home office and sales compensation programs. Part of our focus on being an employer of choice is providing competitive compensation packages, so this role will play a part in achieving that goal.
Candidates should have five to seven years of experience in compensation, human resources or a related field. Strong communications skills to help convey complex or technical information to Colleagues is needed.
