Data Developer

American Fidelity’s data developer will develop ETL processes to extract, transform, cleanse and move data and metadata for loading into the data warehouse, data marts, ODS and enterprise databases. The position will also develop basic business intelligence applications and will write or work with these and analytic applications to allow business users to access and analyze data. In addition, he or she will maintain the integrity of database structures.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, knowledge of relational database systems and ETL and the ability to create training programs and teach business users how to use the data tools. They should also have strong communications skills and be able to work well both independently and cooperatively.

Benefits Specialist

The benefits specialist will assist other Colleagues in resolving complex claims and escalated phone calls and monitor calls and provide feedback to help other team members grow. This position will also provide guidance and coaching to other Colleagues and assist the department manager with supervisory functions.

Candidates need four years of job-specific experience, knowledge of insurance claims process and government regulations, proven Customer-service focus, a positive and professional attitude, excellent communications and interpersonal skills, good decision-making ability, proven leadership and organizational skills, the ability to coach and train others and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
