Enrollment Tech Specialist
American Fidelity’s enrollment tech specialist will establish account enrollments and support the product implementation process for new Customers. He or she will assist in project management of enrollment site creation projects and serve as the liaison between Home Office support, Customers and field account managers.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related discipline, strong oral and written communications skills, advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database software and knowledge of section 125 and the insurance enrollment process.
Our benefits specialist will assist Colleagues in resolving complex claims, escalated telephone calls and monitor calls to provide feedback. This position will provide guidance and coaching on claim handling and Customer service and assist the department manager in supervising team members.
Ideal candidates will have four years of job-specific experience, proven Customer-service skills, ability to coach and train others, analytical skills and knowledge of the insurance and claims process and state and federal insurance regulations. The job will operate in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking.
