- Colleagues from the Information Systems Division hosted a bake sale and then a donation drive. They raised $1,000 and donated it to City Rescue Mission just before Thanksgiving. The organization provides food and shelter for the homeless in Oklahoma City.
- The Oklahoma City office of American Public Life collected supplies for the OK Kids Korral, an organization that provides lodging and support for families whose children are receiving cancer treatments at the Children’s Hospital at OU Medical Center.
- The Strategic Development Division is hosting a food drive to benefit the Youth Services of Oklahoma County’s SKIL program. Supporting Kids in Independent Living supports high school students living on their own. The food drive will help fill their pantry so the teens have plenty to eat during the holidays when school is out. Representatives from the division will deliver donations on Monday.
- Worksite Group Colleagues created an Angel Tree in conjunction with the Salvation Army. Colleagues purchased gifts for families who otherwise may not have had a very merry Christmas.

The generosity of fellow Colleagues is one of the things that makes AFA such a great place to work. Here’s a look at what a few of our departments are doing to support others during the holiday season. It’s certainly not a comprehensive list.
