American Fidelity is growing and we’re adding to our Customer Engagement department’s Flex team. “We’re looking to fill several positions on our Flex team with motivated people who enjoy a fast-paced environment and serving others and are high energy and willing to learn,” said Stephanie Talkington, Customer Engagement team leader. “Our team primarily answers calls from our Customers who have questions about their flexible spending and dependent daycare accounts, such as what their balance is, the status of a reimbursement or how to get a new debit card for their flex account.” American Fidelity offers a variety of training and mentoring opportunities to help Colleagues grow. After Stephanie started as a Customer service rep in Flex, she joined the formal mentoring program and participated in training courses available through our Leadership and Management Program. She was then selected to join a high-profile project team that’s working to implement a new policy administration system to better serve our Customers.
