As you may already know, American Fidelity is always looking to improve the work/life balance of our Colleagues while also improving the ways we do business.
A perfect example of this can be found in our Mobile Workforce, a work from home program that gives AF Colleagues the flexibility to serve Customers both from home and different places throughout the workplace.
We’ve been taking great strides all year to increase the amount of Home Office Colleagues who can work from home at least one day a week. We’re happy to announce that as of this month, we’ve upped that number to over 500! That’s nearly 44% of our Home Office Colleagues. We looking forward to getting the number even higher in the upcoming months.
Our Mobile Workforce is just one way we promote work/life balance for our Colleagues.
Our great on-site fitness center and on-site clinic help Colleagues take charge of their health without leaving the office. AF makes giving back to the community easy through charitable contributions and paid volunteer time. Let’s also not forget about our flexible scheduling!
