If you’ve been reading the Inside AFA blog posts then you’ve probably read about how dedicated AFA is to our Colleagues. A great example of this is our Live Smart wellness program.

We offer many benefits that encourage Colleagues to lead a healthy lifestyle without creating a more hectic schedule. Here are some of the great wellness benefits we receive.

  • Onsite fitness center with two personal trainers
  • Onsite grill with healthy breakfast, lunch and snack options
  • Onsite medical center
  • Healthy vending machine
  • Wellness incentive programs
  • Onsite nutritional and weight-loss programs

One incentive for our Colleagues to get healthy is through our Live Smart Achievement Award. We recognize a Colleague each quarter for their commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle and being an example to others. Our most recent winner is recognized for her dedication to exercise and eating healthy.

This quarter’s winner, Teresa Davis makes living a healthy lifestyle a priority. Because of her dedication she received a $250 Visa gift card, $25 to our onsite grill and a certificate honoring her hard work.

“I was so surprised by the nomination and the award. The recognition was special to me,” said Teresa. “We are blessed here at AFA to have great trainers and an awesome workout facility. A special thanks to Jessica for making my workouts ‘special.’ I never would have thought I would appreciate sore muscles every day!”
