Claims Analyst

Claims analysts at American Fidelity play an integral role in Customer service by addressing disability and supplemental insurance inquiries and investigating claim-related issues. They evaluate and process insurance claims, coordinate with production adjusters to ensure claim accuracy and serve Customers.

Candidates need one to two years of financial, medical or insurance claims processing experience, ability to work a flexible work schedule between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. and handle a fast-paced environment, analytical and communications skills and a dedication to Customer service. Technical skills needed include general PC/Windows-based software, calculator 10-key and CPT and ICD-9 coding familiarity.

Corporate Marketing and Communications Specialist

American Fidelity is hiring a corporate marketing and communications specialist in OKC to manage and develop marketing, PR and corporate communications strategies to increase brand awareness and consistency. This position will lead or assist with internal and external branding activities along with coordinating Colleague relations projects.

Candidates need five to seven years of marketing, communications or advertising experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. They should also have excellent copywriting, project management, strategic planning and multi-tasking skills.
