Customer Claims Analyst

Customer claims analysts at American Fidelity play an integral role in Customer service by addressing disability and supplemental insurance inquiries and investigating claim-related issues. They evaluate and process insurance claims, coordinate with production adjusters to ensure claim accuracy and serve Customers.

Candidates need one to two years of financial, medical or insurance claims processing experience, ability to work a flexible work schedule between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. and handle a fast-paced environment, analytical and communications skills and a dedication to Customer service. Technical skills needed include general PC/Windows-based software, calculator 10-key and CPT and ICD-9 coding familiarity.
