Day in the Life: Customer Service
Our Customer service teams are the heart and soul of American Fidelity. Their goal is to keep our Customers satisfied and keep AFA in business.
Our Customer service representatives spend their days on the phone helping Customers, processing billings and distributions, posting payments, establishing and maintaining account records, issuing contracts, preparing documents and auditing receipts.
Due to the nature of our business, our Customer service representatives often help Customers during tough times in their lives, such as when they are dealing with a disability or fighting cancer. Our Customer service teams take pride in working with these Customers and helping make this part of the process easier on them.
